We really enjoyed celebrating World Book Day during March. We asked all the children and the adults to dress as their favourite book character. There were so many different outfits and everyone looked great. Miss Stoneley had been collecting photos of children reading in unusual places and during assembly a winner was announced and given a book token so that they can enjoy some new books. At 2:30pm the whole school stopped to read a book in an unusual place. Some children had their afternoon story under their tables, some went to the servery in the hall and others were in the staff room.
